Our contracts department are fundamental to our business, being the first and last port of call for each project undertaken

This involvement starts prior to contract award, during the tendering stages, so that when the contract is awarded there is already a good understanding of the project. Our experience and expertise across all sectors ensures that clients and their professional teams receive the support and assistance necessary to ensure each project is delivered on time, in budget and most of all safely.

Our Aim

From the outset, we are able to provide a project plan and advice on programming, buildability and erectability, and set the necessary targets for drawing issues, material procurement, subcontract orders, approvals, deliveries to site and handovers, whilst also coordinating and liaising with interfacing trades. Our ongoing aim is to be an asset to our customers and to be responsive to the client’s needs at all levels. The hands-on management style of the business results in a tightly connected organisation

Although much of our works are carried out prior to site, within our design office and workshop, on site is where we are most visible. Our Site Managers ensure construction is completed to the highest standard. We never compromise on safety and our Health & Safety Managers carry out regular routine inspections of all our sites.
